Mount Carmel Day 2025

On 11th July 2025, Mount Carmel CMI School, Embu, held a spiritually enriching event featuring 13 Hours of Adoration in celebration of Mount Carmel Day in honuring Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St. Chavara. The adoration began with a solemn Holy Mass, followed by continuous Eucharistic Adoration led by various classes and staff members in a deeply prayerful atmosphere. Students participated in hymns, silent prayer, and reflections, fostering a sense of unity and devotion. The celebration honored Our Lady of Mount Carmel, emphasizing her role as a guide and protector in the Carmelite tradition. The event concluded with a solemn Mass celebrated by Bishop Peter Kimani Ndugu, Bishop of Embu, whose presence added grace and significance to the occasion.
